Q. Do you provide 3d visuals?

Yes. We also provide 3d visuals and walk throughs, we have the latest CAD software, and 3d visual software and pride ourselves on the quality of our work.
Q. Can you do Renovations?

Yes. We love Renovations, and have undertaken hundreds over the last 25 years
Q. How long is the process?
​
Generally the process including Shire approvals, takes approx 5-7 months depending if DA is required, but as per everything, there have been cases where it has been done in three months and cases where the client is in no rush and takes years.
Q. Fees?
​
We do not charge on percentage of budget or contract value, we have found that charging a fixed price based on the size of the home is the fairest way to charge for our services.
